All our One-2-One  Personal training services are custom designed around you!

Whether you are an absolute beginner, a seasoned martial artist or security operator, we are able to provide you with training  that  meets your needs.

There are many reasons why you might want or need one-to-one training.

We understand that the pressures of work, family, and other responsibilities might interfere with your ability to attend regular classes.


This is why we offer one-to-one training packages.

For Example:

  • You are an absolute beginner wanting to learn self-defence but do not have the confidence or the lifestyle to allow you to attend scheduled classes.

  • You are a martial artist with a grading coming up and may want to fine-tune your skills.

  • You are a semi-professional fighter with a match coming up and may want to work on moves and fight strategy.

  • You have planned to join HM Armed Forces and are wanting to raise your fitness levels before your formal military training

  • You want to raise your fitness and endurance as part of your athletic ambition and/or general health goals.


One-to-One Training is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Women's Weight Lifting

Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are every Wednesday and Friday, for fitness, defence and competitionwith an emphasis on Thai Boxing.

We also cater for K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai; sometimes referred to as Thai Boxing or the Art of Eight Limbs because it incorporates the use of fists (punching) kicking and use of knees and elbow strikes as well as the clinching and sweeps.
